What is the Lifestyle Day Program?
Looking to build everyday skills, connect with others, or simply make the most of your day? Steps2Life’s Lifestyle Day Program offers NDIS participants a supportive space to learn, grow, and thrive with the flexibility to meet your unique needs and goals.
We know that everyone is different. That’s why our program combines structure with flexibility, allowing participants to join at their own pace while working towards real-life outcomes. Whether it’s developing daily routines, improving communication, or joining in on group activities, every part of the program is designed to be meaningful and practical.
Held at our Regents Park centre, the program is led by a dedicated team that takes the time to understand each person’s goals. It’s more than just a day program, it’s a place where participants feel safe, supported, and genuinely included.
We offer two group-based courses over a 10-week period at our Regents Park centre: IDA (Improvement of Daily Activities) and SS (Social Skills). Each course supports individual goals through practical, hands-on learning.
We focus on social integration to help participants build everyday skills and gain confidence in real-world settings.
